Our focus on developing low-carbon buildings and operating them efficiently are cornerstones of how we transition to a low-carbon economy, as such buildings contribute to reduced water and energy consumption, alongside waste minimisation.

The Cape Grace Hotel has achieved a 45% reduction in food waste, with 23,000 meals saved, 9.1 tons of food waste saved and 39.3 tons of CO2e emissions avoided.
