Ataa Khayati is Managing Director, Morocco Investments at Kasada, based in Casablanca and will lead Kasada’s investment strategy and fund deployment across Morocco. With over 15 years of experience in real estate, private equity, and hospitality investment, Ataa began her career in the Paris office of the large American real estate investment firm: Tishman Speyer, where during her 5-year tenure she contributed to major real-estate transactions and portfolio structuring.

Prior to joining Kasada she held several senior positions at ONOMO Hotels (Casablanca), during the growth phase of their portfolio. She had been Deputy CEO for Morocco and, most recently, Strategy & Financing Director and member of the Executive Committee, overseeing the group’s strategic development and financing activities across Africa.

Ataa has a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris (Grande École Programme), with a specialization in the Management of Large Projects, completed in partnership with ISAE.

Ataa is Moroccan and she speaks French, English and Arabic.
