Prior to joining Kasada, Mokgadi was Head of Sustainability and Innovation at Pareto Limited, a South African Real Estate investor, where she established the Group’s Sustainability/ESG unit.

Mokgadi was a Debt Capital Markets Transactor at Rand Merchant Bank, responsible for structuring and raising funding for South African corporates and parastatals. She was also an Associate at JPMorgan Chase Bank (US & UK), where she covered the bank’s clients across the EMEA region. Mokgadi started her career as an Actuarial Analyst at Momentum (SA).

She has an MA in International Relations and Development from the University of Strasbourg (France), an MSc. in Mathematics of Finance from New York University (NYU) and a BBusSci. in Actuarial Science (Hons) with a distinction from the University of Cape Town (UCT).

Mokgadi is South African, speaks English, Sepedi, Setswana and is operational in French and Italian.
